Early 17th century style joined stool in English oak. Individually hand turned and carved fluted baluster legs, joined by superbly carved ‘S’ scroll rails and deep scratch moulded ‘worn’ stretchers. Moulded top, pegged to rails. ‘Worn’ toes and appropriate ‘ageing’. English made, superb colour and patina. 18” long x 10½” deep x 22½” high 46cm x 26.5cm x 57cm Price £975 |
