TUDOR
STYLE OAK CUPBOARD - DOORS |
The
right hand door of the cupboard. You will notice that the carving is
different on the two doors and 'original' centre panel. This deviation
from symmetry is is quite common on medieval and Tudor period oak furniture,
but the leaf style plus the double sunk blind tracery and single sunk
pierced tracery retain a common theme throughout. |
